The 2026 Home Builders Association of Northwest Michigan Annual Parade of Homes takes place over Father's Day weekend showcasing the fine craftsmanship of HBA Builder Members.

Thursday, June 18, 2025: 12 - 8 P.M. Friday June 19, 2025: 12 - 8 P.M. Saturday, June 20, 2025: 9 A.M. - 7 P.M. Sunday, June 21, 2025: 11 A.M. - 4 P.M.

Homes are located in various areas in the Grand Traverse Region.
