Description

The Emerging Leaders Group was established to engage the next generation of leaders in the residential construction industry. Its purpose is to inspire future leadership and ambassadorship within the association, ensuring long-term sustainability, growth, and enthusiasm for both member companies and the association as a whole. Leaders 201: May14 This advanced session focuses on association financials, led by Treasurer Jenifer Bard and Lauren Tucker. Participants will be introduced to the financial framework of the HBA, including key metrics used to assess the organization’s financial health. The session will also explore financial trends and challenges facing the residential construction industry.

Time

The doors open at 7:30 AM, a light breakfast and coffee will be served, the program will begin promptly at 8 AM.
