Birch Cove Builders

About

Birch Cove Builders (Birch Cove Building LLC) is a locally owned residential builder based in Northport, Michigan, serving Leelanau County and the Traverse City area. We build custom homes and additions, and take on kitchen and bath remodels, whole-house renovations, custom cabinetry and built-ins, decks and porches, siding and exterior work, and stone paths and patios. Owner Stephen Hoskins oversees every project from the first meeting through the final walk-through. Whether you have plans in hand or are starting with an idea, we'll help you take the next step. Every job includes a clear written proposal, changes priced in writing before the work is done, and regular updates and photos, which is especially helpful for the many clients who live here part of the year.
