Description

The Emerging Leaders Group was established to engage the next generation of leaders in the residential construction industry. Its purpose is to inspire future leadership and ambassadorship within the association, ensuring long-term sustainability, growth, and enthusiasm for both member companies and the association as a whole. Leaders 101: May 1 Participants will gain a foundational understanding of the Home Builders Association (HBA)—its history, current operations, and future direction. This session introduces the HBA model at the local, state, and national levels. Attendees will learn how the HBA office functions, the roles of the Board of Directors, committees, and task forces, and will explore the key attributes of effective leadership within the association.
