Cadillac Continuing Competency for Licensed Builders Class - April 10, 2026

Description

This class will cover the 3-hours of education required every three years to renew your builders license. Those requirements are 1 hour covering building codes, 1 hour covering safety, and 1 hour covering construction law.

2-time HBA President Roger Papineau will be teaching the code portion, Past President and attorney Rob Whims will be teaching the law portion, and MIOSHA CET Instructor Pat Kochanny will be covering the safety portion.

Please note that if you have had your builders license for less than 6 years, there is additional required education. Contact Debbie at the HBA office for more information.
